Sumseltoto Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") are entered into between Sumseltoto (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and you, the individual accessing or using the platform at sumseltoto.cam (hereinafter "you", "the User", or "the Member").

Sumseltoto is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under international licensing that provides casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, lottery-style games, and arcade titles to eligible registered members. The platform is made available in the English language and is principally marketed to users in Malaysia.

By accessing the Sumseltoto website, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, depositing funds into your account, or placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capital letters, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register for and use a Sumseltoto account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any of these requirements renders your registration void and any resulting account subject to immediate closure without obligation on the part of the Company.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account. Sumseltoto applies a minimum age of 21 — not 18 — in line with internationally recognised standards for casino-style gambling operations and the cultural norms of the Malaysian market. The Company reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and will close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21. Any funds in such an account may be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing Sumseltoto is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any court order, legal guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified through shared personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or any other means — will all be considered duplicate accounts. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any associated bets or bonuses.

3.5 Own Benefit

You must use your account exclusively for your own personal gambling activity and not for the benefit of any third party. Acting as an agent for another person or operating a business from a personal account is strictly prohibited.

When registering for a Sumseltoto account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You must notify the Company promptly of any material change to this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Company accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration on the Platform does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of the Company to provide any specific service or bonus.

Sumseltoto is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct identity verification on all Members. The Company may request KYC documentation at any stage, including at the time of initial registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to specific account activity.

5.1 Documents Required

Standard KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• Primary Identity Document: A valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Driver's License, or International Passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your primary identity document.
• Payment Method Verification: Where requested, a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet account, Maybank online banking).

5.2 Processing Time

KYC reviews are typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving a complete and legible document set. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for resubmission and will restart the review clock.

5.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance

If a Member fails to submit satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a formal request, the Company reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality, restrict account access, or permanently close the account. In such cases, the return of any remaining balance is subject to compliance review.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Sumseltoto accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Malaysian members: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PB engage, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), as well as selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and BNB (Binance Smart Chain). All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

6.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed on the account. Standard withdrawal requests via DuitNow and FPX are processed within 5 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours. Requests submitted during system maintenance windows may experience delays. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonuses

Funds credited as part of a Bonus or promotional offer are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.5 Currency Conversion

All transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of receipt, less any applicable network fees. The Company accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback rebates, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

• Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, Wagering Requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. Members are responsible for reading and understanding these conditions before opting into any promotion.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Bonuses already credited to an eligible account will not be clawed back retroactively unless fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Bonuses may only be redeemed once per Member, per household, per payment method, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• The Company reserves the right to adjust, forfeit, or reclaim any Bonus where evidence of abuse, exploitation of system errors, or collusion between Members is identified.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, arcade). These rules are accessible within each game or betting section of the Platform.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by the Company. A bet is confirmed only upon the Platform displaying an explicit confirmation message and assigning a unique Bet ID. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.

8.2 Obvious Errors

In the event that odds, prices, or game results are displayed incorrectly due to technical errors, software malfunctions, or human input errors, the Company reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Members' accounts. This right applies regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent to the Member at the time of placing the bet.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other covered competitions — are governed by the rules specific to each market as displayed on the Platform. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the stated rules for the relevant event type.

8.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are updated in real time and may be suspended or closed at any time. Bets placed during a connectivity interruption or after the actual occurrence of a relevant event (e.g., after a goal has been scored) may be voided at the Company's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using third-party identities;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of fraud or collusion with other Members or third parties;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or game malfunctions for financial gain;
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — including but not limited to systematic exploitation of bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other patterns that constitute bad faith participation;
• Money laundering, or using the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Members or Company staff in any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory while concealing your true location through VPN, proxy, or similar technology.

Sumseltoto is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Company provides Members with a range of tools to help manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member is engaged in or suspected of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• The Member has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• The Member is a minor (under 21 years of age);
• Continuing to maintain the account creates a regulatory compliance risk for the Company;
• The Member requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons not related to misconduct, any genuine real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus credits and pending wagering requirements) will be refunded via the Member's most recently used deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

All content on the Sumseltoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to: download or copy Platform content for commercial use; distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; or use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on any part of the Platform.

The Sumseltoto name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or system downtime;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence;
• Losses arising from reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

Where the Company's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, it shall be limited to the total value of deposits made by the Member during the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered under its applicable international licence.

Malaysian users are reminded that online gambling using platforms not licensed under Malaysian law may be subject to restrictions under Malaysian legislation. It is your sole responsibility as a user to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in Malaysia or any other specific jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice to active Members via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the changes, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The Company recommends checking this page whenever you log in to your account for the first time after an extended period of inactivity.
